We had some beautiful snow, and I hope the swimmers were able to get some extra rest. Good luck on exams!

Lifting and swim practice are at normal times this week. No breakfast on Friday

This week’s meet is at Upper Arlington. The prelims meet starts at 9 am and warm-ups are at 7:30 am. The finals start at 5pm and warm-ups are at 4pm.

Note: The top 20 swimmers overall will compete at Finals EXCEPT the Relays. There will be a Consolation, A Final Heat and a Super final heat for all individual events (Top 4 qualifiers will compete in the Super Final), and only a Timed Finals heat of the relays during the evening session (2 entries per team with 2 heats).
