Movie is Zootopia2 and will start at 3:45pm.  Afterwards, kids can come to the Carlisle's house for pizza.  (5225 Aryshire Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43017)

Please make sure you remind kids:

  • Purchase. Have athletes purchase on-line through www.hrimaging.com Attached is an envelope for your convenience. If you would like to pick up hard copy envelopes, they are in the Athletic Office.
  • Uniforms. Wear the appropriate uniform. In addition, wear the appropriate color underneath their uniform (ex. No RED under their uniform, team colors please).
  • Rides. Make sure families know the time of the pictures in advance so that they can arrange their schedules accordingly.
  • Organization. Do your best to have your team ready at the designated time and location. Plan your COACHES UNIFORM. If you have multiple coaches in one picture, please wear the same outfit.

Bus will take all A and B Flight kids from Jerome parking lot to OSU at 6:00am.  All swimmers must ride the bus down to OSU.

A Flight Prelim Warm-ups are 7-8:10am

A Flight Prelim Competition (8:20-11:20am)  A swimmers will ride home with family after Prelims.  Parents will bring swimmers back for finals. IF your swimmer is riding with someone else, both the swimmer AND the driver have to fill out transportation forms.

B Flight TIMED FINALS Warm-ups (30 minutes after A Flight)

B Flight Competition (1:15pm-4:15pm)

A Flight Finals Open Warm-up (roughly 30 minutes after B Flight) 

A Flight Competition (5:30-8:00pm estimate)
