JJ will notify swimmers participating in this meet.  Swimmers participating in this meet will not participate in the home meet vs. Marysville later the same day.  They are encouraged to attend with the team.

Time standards for this meet are different than normal time standard meets.  Your swimmer must be at the time or slower to swim the event.  The time standards are:

• Doors Open at 6:30am
• Prelims Warm Up 6:45am; Meet Start 8:35am
• Finals Warm Up 4:00pm; Meet Start 5:30pm
• Finals will be the top 24 times overall between the 2 prelims sites and will be held at the C.T. Branin Natatorium. There will be a Final/Consolation/Bonus heat for all individual events except the 500 Free. The 500 Free will only have a Consolation and Final Heat. Relays also will only have a Consolation and Final Heat.
• An individual is allowed no more than 2 individual events and 2 relays or 3 relays and 1 individual event. Note: Prelims and finals are still considered the same meet and a swimmer may not exceed the 4 event rule.
