Weekly Update 11/7/2021

Good afternoon!

This week we will be switching our lifting schedule to the 3 day a week lifting. M/W/F the lifting will go from 6:05-7:00, ten minutes earlier to include the team warmup. I will open doors at 5:55. I have put links for goal sheets as well as a link for voting for captains below. Please print off your goal sheets and bring them into practice this week. They are due by Friday so we can begin meetings next week. Please let me know if you have any questions. 

As some of you have heard the Athletic Department is allowing swimmers who were cut from the Rec team and still participating in a club team to swim at meets with us! This is a great opportunity and I am thankful the administration is working with us to get more athletes involved.

Thursday: In Water 3:15-5:15
