It's time for our biggest fundraiser of the year - our annual mum sales!

We need every swimmer to participate over the next 6 weeks. Our goal is for each swimmer to sell at least 30 mums.

The key to success is to start selling early before mums are available in stores.

Some people may prefer to make a donation instead of purchasing mums. Donations are gladly accepted and will count towards your total sales.

Additionally, Heather Carlisle has created an electronic version of the order form.

This allows you to use your personal Venmo or Zelle accounts to collect payments. If you're interested in this option, please email Heather at [email protected] to get set up.

Details Summary:

• Review Mums Fundraiser Flyer doc for mum colors & cost
• Start taking orders and collecting payment now.
  • Attached to this email, you'll find the order form in Excel sheet you can use to track your sales. You need to turn in this Excel sheet to complete your order.
  • Once all your sales are complete, please consolidate the total amount into one payment method (Cash, Check, or Venmo).
• Mum Delivery: Team delivers the Mums on Sat, 9/13 8:30am start. All mums are delivered to Jerome parking lot. The team meets there and takes orders out for delivery.

Important dates:

• 8/25/2025, Mon 7pm: Orders (Excel sheet) with Money(Total amount) due to Kyung Leonard.

• 9/13/2025, Sat 8:30am: Mum Delivery Day. Put this on your calendar now. We need all hands-on deck!
