Weekly Update 1/2/2021

Good evening everyone!

Congratulations to all the athletes for a great winter break training. Through those two weeks you swam through some extremely difficult sets and challenging days of practice. There is still some more hay that needs to be put in the barn. Just a few weeks until our first group begins taper so stay focused! 

Athletes for the next two weeks Masks will be required before lifting during the warmup and after lifting during stretching. Masks are optional to be worn during the lift. At the rec masks will be required before practice during stretching and after practice. Lets all make sure we hold each other accountable to this and keep ourselves in the water! Below is the week schedule please reach out with any questions.

Monday: In Water 7-9:00AM, Lifting 9:30-10:30, In Water 3:15-5:30PM

Tuesday: Power Racks 6-7:00AM, In Water 3:15-5:30PM

Wednesday: Lifting 6-7:00AM, In Water 3:15-5:30PM
Thursday: Power Racks 6-7:00AM, In Water 3:15-5:30PM

Friday: Lifting 6-7:00AM, Warmup 4:30-5:30PM Meet against Hilliard Darby

Saturday: Meet @ Dublin Rec Bus Departs 9:00AM Warmup Begins 10:00AM Meet Start 11:00AM
