Weekly Update 12/19

Good evening everyone!

I hope you all have had a nice relaxing weekend and are enjoying the start to your break. Please make sure you are taking care of yourselves these next two weeks of hard training we have. Hydrate and make sure that you are eating a ton of food not just junk but good food. If you are planning to miss any practices that is not a problem, please make sure you reach out to me and let me know what dates you will be missing. Support your teammates these next few weeks and keep your minds focused on the goals at the end of the season! We are 40 days out from our first group starting taper! Let me know if you have any questions I have attached the winter break schedule, please make sure you are checking times of practices.
